Terms of Use

1. General

Welcome to the Carel Group website (the "Group" and the "Site"). Browsing and using the Site, including all of its content and the services offered on it, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site and Nature of the Information

The Site is intended to provide general and marketing information about the Group, the projects it promotes and its business activity. The information, data, plans, renderings and images presented on the Site, including in relation to projects in planning, under construction or being marketed, are for illustration and general impression only. They do not constitute a representation, undertaking, offer or invitation to contract, and do not replace the binding transaction documents.

• Renderings, plans and layouts are subject to change in accordance with permits, authority approvals and the Group's discretion.
• Data regarding areas, numbers of units, dates and project status may change from time to time.
• Only an agreement duly signed between the purchaser and the relevant company within the Group shall bind the parties.

The information on the Site should not be regarded as legal, tax, financial, planning or other advice, and should not be relied upon for decision-making. For any investment or purchase decision, we recommend consulting appropriate professionals.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including design, texts, images, renderings, videos, logos, trademarks and trade secrets, belong to the Group or to third parties who have granted it a licence to use them. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, publicly displaying or making any commercial use of the Site's content, in whole or in part, without the Group's prior written approval, is prohibited.

4. Use of the Site

The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these terms, and in particular to refrain from:

• Infringing the rights or privacy of third parties.
• Disrupting the operation of the Site, intruding into systems, distributing viruses, or using any automated means to collect information from the Site.
• Submitting offensive, misleading or unlawful content through the Site's forms.

5. Forms and Submission of Details

Submission of details through the contact forms on the Site is done at the user's free will, for the purpose of receiving a response and information from the Group. The details will be used by the Group in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may include links to external websites and embedded third-party content (including articles, video players and social networks). The Group is not responsible for such content, its availability or the privacy policies of those sites, and use of them is at the user's sole responsibility.

Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use and anything arising from them shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or to use of the Site is vested in the competent courts of the Southern District.
