At a central, strategic location on Sderot HaTmarim, in the heart of a developing and renewing area, stands one of the buildings most identified with Eilat. The building combines an active commercial center with the EVE Hotel above it, owned by the group in partnership with the Brown Hotels chain.

The central location, high accessibility and proximity to the city's commerce, tourism and entertainment hubs give the property significant urban and business importance. The building is currently in planning stages ahead of a comprehensive upgrade and renovation, through which it is expected to undergo a fundamental transformation into a modern, attractive and inviting complex.
